    In the last two years, by virtue of the talents preferential policy of DUT, our school has introduced 21 special-grade teachers, national, provincial and municipal core teachers from Dalian and all parts of the country, replenishing and strengthening faculty strength. At present, we have 90 front-line teachers, of whom, 7special-grade teachers and 49 national, provincial and municipal core teachers, forming the best teacher group in Dalian, even in the whole province.
